HICKS CEMETERY RULES AND REGULATIONS

HOURS OF OPERATION: 7:00 AM to Dusk

DECORATIONS: 

Two (2) items only, may be placed in the cemetery from MAY 1ST of each year and are to be removed by NOVEMBER 1ST of that year. Items not removed by the lot owners will be removed and disposed of. These items are to be placed to the left or right at the ends of markers only. If no marker, place in line with other markers. Decorations will be permitted for holidays falling outside of these dates, but only for one (1) week prior and one (1) week following the holiday. Veteran flags shall be governed by the Veterans Administration rules and guidelines. 

WINTER DECORATIONS: 

Evergreens (wreaths, grave blankets, etc.) may be placed on the graves from NOVEMBER 1ST until MARCH 1ST of the next year. Items not removed by lot owners will be removed and disposed of. 

NO LANDSCAPING to be done on the graves. This includes planting of flowers, trees and shrubs.
